Richard is the Director of Corporate Energetics, which is the vehicle for facilitating sustainable organisational change via Leadership excellence, Emotional Intelligence, and uncovering and working with Hidden Dynamics in and across teams and between leaders in the organisation. Corporate Energetics has worked in the Mining, Construction, Finance, I.T. and Real Estate sectors of industry. Richard is also a Director and Consultant of and People Rich Pty. Ltd which provides entrepreneurship education, project management, coaching on business improvement and performance in Australia, USA and Europe. Richard has a passion for organisational transformation gained through his experience in Perth Western Australia WA as an Organisational Change Agent and Consultant, in conjunction with his private practice of Coaching, Counselling and Body Mind Psychotherapy. Richard is also the Director of the Energetics Institute and practises as an Integrative Body Mind Psychotherapist in Perth, Western Australia. Richard sees Corporate Energetics as a powerful enabler of corporate transformation that forms part of his consulting “toolkit”. His toolkit also encompasses psychotherapeutic and cognitive techniques such as Voice Dialogue, Organisational Constellations Facilitation, Executive and Life Coaching and Mentoring, Buddhist Psychology, Sacred Activism, as well as reflective absorption of current Organisational Theory, Economics, Sociology, Quantum Physics and Leadership Theory knowledge. Richard also employs the use of the Extended DISC profiling tool to baseline clients in coaching situations and when working with leadership and team environments. In the last 25 years Richard has carved out a highly successful corporate career working in Perth Western Australia WA in the fields of business strategy, marketing and information technology across a range of sectors, including; Financial Services, Government, Mining, Information Technology and Services. Richard specialises in leadership practices and emotional intelligence coaching for executives, dealing with transference in team environments and managing business process re-engineering change in organisations. Richard’s services are underpinned by a strong spiritual foundation and a holistic approach to organisational success. Richard actively sponsors VOW Educational Services for Aboriginal Community empowerment and learning, as well as driving sustainable business practice in our environment via the adoption of Sacred Activism principles.
